Korma Chunks Curry


150 g   Onion, cut and fried to a deep brown, cooled and pounded in a mortar and pestle

  •             Coriander powder
  •             Turmeric
  •             Salt
  •             Garam Masala
  •             Mace (whole)
  •             Yogurt

In a 200ml of oil, fry coriander, turmeric, garam masala and mace. Add yogurt and bhoono. Finally, add korma chunks and cook on a low flame till the chunks are soft. Add the pounded onion before serving.
